Measuring Progress in the Housing Market

The latest Housing Scorecard provides a closer look at the trajectory of the housing recovery and how our programs are serving the American people. Over the past several months, boosted by both the creation of 10.3 million private sector jobs over 55 straight months of job growth and the impact of our programs, we have seen positive trends in the housing market take hold. However, many Americans are still struggling to recover from the Great Recession.
