Neill McG. Coleman, Chief External Affairs Officer
Neill McG. Coleman is the Chief External Affairs Officer for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. He previously served as Assistant Commissioner for Communications at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development where he promoted the largest municipal affordable housing plan in the nation's history. Coleman also served as Communications Director for the New York League of Conservation Voters and oversaw US communications for the global architecture firm RMJM.
Coleman grew up in Scotland and has an MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
