Your IDIS OnLine password expires every 90 days. IDIS OnLine will issue a warning each day starting 10 days before your password expires, reminding you to change your password.
If your ID has been inactive (no logins) for 180 days, it will be automatically disabled. Grantee users who wish to renew a lapsed ID must re-submit an IDIS Access Request Form to their CPD Representative.
Your IDIS OnLine password will be locked after 3 successive incorrect password attempts. If this happens, you must call 1-888-297-8689 option 3 for a reset. You will be asked several security questions to verify your identity.
