The appropriate location code "SiteID" should be input into the EOSPEC data element, followed immediately (no space between) by the last name, a coma and the first name of the staff person assigned to the Title VIII case or claim. Hub offices should input the "xx" designation as indicated on the listing.

Please be consistent with the staff person's name, inputting it as appears in PCTARE.
