This FREE FHA on-site training is intended for mortgage loan professionals including Underwriters, Processors, and Loan Officers new to FHA or who wish to refresh their knowledge of credit qualifying guidelines. Topics will include basic CIA (credit, income and asset) documentation and calculations. We'll also share some general do's and don'ts when it comes to qualifying your borrower. June 19, 2013, - San Juan, PR. FHA Appraiser Training. This FREE FHA on-site training is intended for Appraisers and Underwriters. The training includes coverage of recent Mortgagee Letters, valuation policies, appraising HUD REO properties, 203k, Minimum Property Requirements (MPR), and defining required repairs vs. cosmetic deficiencies. Registration required. No fee.

June 20, 2013, - San Juan, PR. FHA Condominium Processing Training. This FREE FHA on-site training is intended for mortgage loan professionals including Underwriters, Processors, and Loan Officers new to FHA or who wish to enhance their understanding of the condominium processing guidelines for FHA insurance. Topics will include discussing Mortgagee Letter 2012-18 in relation to condominium submittals for approvals, recertifications, phase additions, and lender certification requirements. Electronic Class (EClass) on FHA Loss Mitigation & Servicing System: The EClass System provides additional training on FHA's Loss Mitigation Programs, including FHA's Home Affordable Modification Program (FHA-HAMP), as well as continuing education on loss mitigation & servicing issues that have generated the most industry questions & requests for further training.
