FHA EXTENDS WAIVER OF ANTI-FLIPPING REGULATIONS THROUGH 2012
In an effort to continue stabilizing home values and improve conditions in communities experiencing high foreclosure activity, FHA Commissioner Carol J. Galante extended a temporary waiver on 12/28/11 of FHA's anti-flipping regulations through 2012. Read FHA's press release. Read the anti -flipping waiver.

Condominium Reviewer Registry:
Lender staff responsible for reviewing condominium approval packages under the Direct Endorsement Lender Approval and Review Process (DELRAP) must be registered in the FHA Connection as condominium reviewers. Due to an internal database error, the required registration date is extended to December 5, 2011. Reviewers of packages using the HRAP option are not required to register.
