Capital Fund Processing Information

publishes FY 2009 Capital Fund grant list (MS-Excel) - The
Office of Capital Improvements (OCI) in the Public and Indian
Housing (PIH) has just completed calculating Capital Fund formula
allocations for Federal Fiscal Year 2009 making $2,352,742,587
in funding available. In order to give PHAs the maximum notice
possible given that the end of the Federal Fiscal Year is approaching,
OCI has posted a spreadsheet listing all of the Capital Fund grant
amounts calculated for FY 2009 for all PHAs. The spreadsheet is
sorted by PHA Code and lists the PHA name, the type of grant,
the applicable Field Office, the state, the grant number and the
grant amount. |

Notice 2009-33 - This Notice contains important information
related to processing FY 2009 Capital Fund grant funding as well
as other information important to the proper administration of
Capital Funds. The Notice includes information about: 1) changes
to requirements for submitting Annual Statements and Performance
and Evaluation reports, 2) environmental review requirements,
3) changes to budget line items in LOCCS, 4) clarification about
the ability to funge capital fund work activities between grants
and 5) Replacement Housing Factor (RHF) funding. |

Capital Fund Data Certification Schedule - Deadline extended
one week from February 20, 2009 to February 27, 2009
Pursuant to PIH
Notice 2008-46, the deadline for submitting Capital Fund data
certifications in the Public Housing Information Center (PIC)/
Inventory Management System has been changed to Friday, February
27, 2009.
