GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR UNDERSTANDING YOUR SURVEY SCORE

In order to better understand your Resident Service and Satisfaction Survey score, REAC recommends that you consider the following:

Remember that follow-up plan requirements are provided when a PHA logs onto Resident Satisfaction Sub-System to view its section scores. A PHA is required to submit follow-up plans for all sections in which it received a score below 75%.
