U.S. Housing Market Conditions is a quarterly publication of statistical data and written reports on market conditions on the national level, with overviews of economic and housing market trends presented for the Pacific Hawaii region and nine other geographical regions of the country. The report for each region includes one or two spotlight profiles on a selected major housing market. In the Pacific region, the spotlight areas will be San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles area, Phoenix, and Las Vegas will be covered annually. Each issue includes a summary of the overall trends in national housing and a topical piece on an aspect of housing activity.
