You are not alone in your effort to keep illegal activities
out of your rental property.

The Sacramento Rental Housing Improvement Partnership can help.

Every community seeks to do its best to ensure peaceful and harmonious neighborhoods that offer safe and decent housing for neighbors. Unfortunately there are instances when the peace and harmony is disrupted and safe, decent housing is threatened by public nuisances occurring on problem properties. The question then is what response does a community offer to provide immediate, sustainable results to eliminate the problems? One such response is the Sacramento Rental Housing Improvement Partnership (SRHIP). SRHIP has taken on the mission of proactively eliminating nuisance rental housing through education and enforcement in the Sacramento area. SRHIP's approach is to identify the problems associated with nuisance rental housing, to inventory resources available to address the problems and to develop and provide new comprehensive, sustainable solutions where there are none. SRHIP is currently offering a special property management training seminar for owners and managers of rental housing, "Keeping Illegal Activities Out of Rental Property.

The following public agencies and private organizations have joined forces to eliminate nuisances on rental properties through property management education and enforcement of laws that protect you and your renters.
