- Housing Assistance Council (HAC) is a nonprofit corporation headquartered in Washington, DC, that has been helping local organizations build affordable housing in rural America since 1971. For general questions contact their national office at (202) 842-8600. For program specific questions within Florida contact their Atlanta regional office at (404) 892-4824.
- The Affordable Housing Catalyst Program provides free workshops and on-site technical assistance to community based organizations, local governments and housing professionals through a partnership with the Florida Housing Coalition.
- Florida Nonprofit Housing provides hands-on technical assistance to community based organizations and local governments in the development of affordable housing programs utilizing USDA funds.
