- Housing
Assistance Council (HAC) is a nonprofit corporation headquartered
in Washington, DC, that has been helping local organizations build
affordable housing in rural America since 1971. For general questions

questions within Florida contact their Atlanta regional office

- The Affordable Housing Catalyst Program provides free workshops
and on-site technical assistance to community based organizations,
local governments and housing professionals through a partnership
with the Florida
Housing Coalition.

Nonprofit Housing provides hands-on technical assistance to
community based organizations and local governments in the development
of affordable housing programs utilizing USDA funds.
