HUD supports the development, rehabilitation and maintenance of multiple-unit affordable housing through FHA mortgage insurance programs. We provide capital grants to non-profits for the construction and support of affordable housing for the elderly and persons with disabilities.

The Atlanta Multifamily Hub serves multifamily housing clients in Georgia and has oversight of the Caribbean, Knoxville, Louisville, and Nashville Program Centers. The Hub administers multifamily housing programs throughout Georgia, Kentucky, Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands, and Tennessee.
