Innovative Housing Initiative
More than 400 units of housing in 41 private developments will be made available for homeless families over the next two years.

Celebrating a Major Milestone
A $20.5 million HUD Choice Neighborhood Implementation grant is the first in the country to begin construction. The grant will transform Dorchester's Quincy Corridor.

[Project received funding from HUD programs, including HOME funds, Community Development Block Grant Funds and Section 8 Project Based Vouchers.  CDBG funds have also been utilized by the city of Chelsea to make public improvements, including a new 13,000 SF public park.]
