December 9, 2015 Multifamily Transition Status Update.
Attention Multifamily Stakeholders:
Please note this important update regarding the Seattle Multifamily Hub and the Multifamily for Tomorrow Transformation (MFT).
As you may know, the Office of Multifamily Housing is improving the way it does business through the Multifamily for Tomorrow (MFT) transformation. The Department will be consolidating operations of the Seattle Multifamily Hub into the San Francisco Multifamily Regional Center this winter. Most of the Multifamily staff in our Seattle and Portland Multifamily offices will become employees of the Office of Healthcare Programs in January 2016.
As part of the HUD Multifamily Transformation, a majority of Oregon and Washington projects are being temporarily serviced by Alpine Companies, (888) 530-3734, and are designated on the Project Manager lists. Should you need to contact HUD's servicer (i.e. project manager) of a project serviced by Alpine Companies, please directly contact the company. Alpine Companies' office hours are Monday - Friday, from 7AM to 5PM (Mountain Standard Time). Its toll-free telephone number is (888) 530-3734, and email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org.
