Service Coordinator Program
Multifamily Hub - Alaska, Idaho, Oregon & Washington

The Service Coordinator Program provides funding for Service Coordinators in insured and assisted housing developments. Service Coordinators can coordinate necessary supportive services for the elderly, disabled, and families residing in eligible housing projects.

HUD offers many options to fund Service Coordinators in eligible projects, including rent increases and the use of residual receipts with HUD approval. HUD also offers grants for multifamily housing owners to assist elderly residents and people with disabilities living in HUD assisted housing. Grants are sometimes available under HUD's NOFA (Notice of Funding Availability) program.
