Continuum of Care NOFA Published

The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Program was published in the Federal Register on July 10, 2008. Although the NOFA has been released, the new e-SNAPS system is not yet available to accept electronic applications.
