Since 1934, FHA has communicated changes in policy and procedures by issuing Mortgagee Letters. Future Mortgagee Letters will be added to the appropriate Handbook upon release. Previously issued Letters will be incorporated into the rewrite of existing Handbooks
HUDclips is a searchable database that houses all of HUD's Handbooks, Notices, Mortgagee Letters, Code of Federal Regulations, Federal Register and other policy documents.
