FHA Connection

Welcome to the FHA Connection, a site for FHA-approved lenders! The FHA Connection is an Internet-based system that provides FHA-approved lenders real-time access to our systems to originate and service FHA-insured loans. If you are an FHA-approved lender and have established an ID and password, you may enter now.

If you are an FHA-approved lender, and don’t have an ID and password, you can register on the HUD website.

The FHA Connection is an interactive application that provides our valued business partners secure interaction with HUD mainframe systems to conduct research, complete transactions, and update files. It offers FHA-approved lenders the option to send and receive information in real-time at no or low-cost.

You can use FHA Connection to request things such as:

• Case numbers.
• Duplicate mortgage insurance certificates.
• The receipt status of mortgage insurance premiums.
• Title approval information.

And you can conduct transactions with the FHA connection, including:

• Updating case numbers.
• Recording appraisal and mortgagor insurance information.
• Reassigning appraisers.
• Changing borrowers.
• Submitting delinquent data.
