Mortgagee Letters, Handbooks, Forms and Publications

Please be aware that FHA is in the process of updating its handbooks. Past mortgagee letters will be incorporated into the new handbooks and new letters will be incorporated into the handbooks upon release.

Single Family Mortgagee Letters

Since 1934, FHA has communicated changes in policy and procedures by issuing Mortgagee Letters. Future Mortgagee Letters will be added to the appropriate Handbook upon release. Previously issued Letters will be incorporated into the rewrite of existing Handbooks.
