Penkay Eagles Manor - Thirty year old retirement home in Helena, Montana gets a facelift.

Magic City Terrace - This 84 unit, three-story building located in Billings, Montana, celebrated their grand opening in August 2006. Seniors 62 and over who meet HUD income guidelines pay 1/3 of their monthly income for rent.

Developed by the Helena Housing Authority and located on Wilder Avenue in Helena, Montana, the Wilder apartments provide 31 units of affordable housing.

Carol Sem Apartments - This facility and the Stephens House (next slide) are owned and operated by the Western Montana Mental Health Center. Located in Missoula, Montana both buildings replace older facilities that were no longer functional.

The Stephens House and Carol Sem Apartments provide 13 units of housing and were developed by the Garden City Community Housing Corporation, a nonprofit development company that assists Western Montana Mental Health Center with its housing needs.
