CIUDAD DEL NIÑO (The City of a Child): A modern and model center for the integral education of children located in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

El Polvorín Community, located in Bayamon, Puerto Rico (shown on the left) was a slum and blight area where HUD funds were used for acquisition and relocation, as well as for pre-development costs that allowed for slum and blight elimination.

SCHOOL OF FINE ARTS: The renovation of a historic building in the Traditional Urban Center is now used by the City of Bayamón, Puerto Rico as a center for the development of arts and culture.

The City of San Juan, PR granted $100,000 to a non-profit organization to complete the rehabilitation of this complex on Monserrate Street.
