Manufactured Home Dispute Resolution Program

Effective February 8, 2008, the Manufactured Home Dispute Resolution Program is available for use in providing the timely resolution of disputes between manufacturers, retailers and installers of manufactured homes regarding responsibility, and for the issuance of appropriate orders for the correction or repair of defects in manufactured homes. This may also include the homeowner to initiate dispute resolution but then continue only as an observer. Defects in homes must be reported during the one-year period beginning on the date of installation to qualify for resolution under the Manufactured Home Dispute Resolution Program. More information can be found at the Manufactured Home Dispute Resolution website here.
